# Account Setup & Configuration

## Step 1: Create Your Free Account

1. Visit [Syllaby.io](https://Syllaby.io/?via=chris56)
2. Click "Sign Up" or "Start Free Trial"
3. Enter your email address
4. Create a password
5. Verify your email (if required)

**No credit card required** for the free trial!

## Step 2: Choose Your Plan

Syllaby offers flexible pricing:

- **Free Trial**: Test all features
- **Starter Plan**: $25/month - Perfect for beginners
- **Pro Plan**: Higher tiers with more credits

**Recommendation**: Start with the free trial, then upgrade based on your needs.

## Step 3: Complete Your Profile

1. Go to **Account Settings** (top right)
2. Add your name and profile information
3. Set your timezone (important for scheduling)
4. Configure notification preferences

## Step 4: Verify Your Account

- Check your email for verification link
- Complete any required verification steps
- Your account is now ready!
